Skinny Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
Directions
1 acorn squash, cooked & mashed1 lb sweet potatoes, (about 2)1 C crushed pineapple, drained1/2 t pumpkin pie spice1 C miniature marshmallows2 T hazelnuts, chopped
Microwave or roast squash. Remove meat from skin. Mash.
Peel and cut up sweet potatoes. Cover with water and boil until tender. Mash and combine with squash.
Stir in pineapple and pie spice.
Place in greased casserole.
Sprinkle marshmallow and hazelnuts over top.
Bake in 400F oven for 15 minutes.
Enjoy.
