Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 1 cup Coconut, raw, .5 cup, shredded *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cupSunflower Seeds, without salt, .25 cup, hulled Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds, 4 tbsp **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp Medjool dates, 5 date, pitted Coconut Oil, 3 tbsp Applesauce, unsweetened, .33 cup Maple Syrup, .25 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tspAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 1.5 oz
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all the dry ingredients, except the dates, in one bowl.
Mix all wet in another.
Add wet to dry.
Fold in dates.
Spoon batter onto a lined baking sheet
Bake for about 15 minutes.
