Bourbon Street Chicken Kamakazietom

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon oil (for serving day only)2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless skinless, chopped1 teaspoon garlic, crushed1/4 teaspoon ginger3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes1 teaspoon apple juice1/3 cup brown sugar2 Tablespoon ketchup1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar1/2 cup water1/3 cup gluten free soy sauce1 Tablespoon corn starch (for serving day only)
Directions
Begin by heating oil in a large skillet and brown chicken. Remove chicken from skillet and add all other ingredients to skillet. Heat over medium heat until thoroughly combined. Add chicken back to skillet bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes uncovered. Serve over gluten free noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
