Georgette's Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground beef1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce1 packet onion soup mix1 egg2 tbsp worcestershire sauce1/3 cup oatssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well with hands. Mold into a loaf pan or casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Makes 12 inch-thick slices.

For a smaller serving, slice it down the middle as well - makes 24 slices, each with half the calorie/fat/carb/protein content listed.

Enjoy with potatoes!
