Chicken Saurkraut Balls

16oz ground chicken1/4 cup finely chopped onion1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut (squeeze dry and snip fine)1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese (can use low fat kind)2 teaspoons parsley1 teaspoon prepared mustardgarlic salt1/4 teaspoon pepper 1Cook chicken and onion until browned.2Drain.4Combine cream cheese,parsley, mustard, garlic salt and pepper.5Add to sauerkraut mixture.6Chill one hour.Form into balls and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 16 balls. 4 balls to serving.
