Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 large Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup), 1.5 serving * Barilla Whole Wheat Penne Pasta, 2 serving Franklin Foods Greek Yogurt Cream Cheese (8 oz bar), .5 serving
Prepare pasta. Mix pumpkin, milk, and cream cheese in bowl and microwave until cheese is soft. Add eggs to sauce mixture, whisk together, and pour onto pasta in pan. Heat on medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and egg cooks. Season with salt, pepper, or any other desired seasonings.
