leftover baked veggies from another meal:.5 cup sweet potatoes slices1 cup beet slices1 cup brussel sprouts1c. onion slices1 c. sweet pepper slice1 c. cooked kale10 baby carrots4 c. water2c. couscous1 link Italian sausage fried out of casing
Boil water. Add dry couscous and seasoning. I used creole mix, cumin, salt and pepper, cayenne and chicken bouillion powder.Cover and cook 10 minutes. Fry uncased sausage. Add baked veggies to cous cous and stir well. Fold in sausage. Cover and let set.
