GLAZED SALMON

8 ounce salmon fillet lemon pepper to taste2 teaspoons olive oil1 tablespoon soy sauce2 teaspoons granular sugar
Place salmon fillet in a heavily greased baking dish, skin side down. Season with lemon pepper, to taste. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Shake together remaining ingredients to make a basting sauce. Uncover salon and brush sauce on. Broil until nicely browned, basting sveral times.
