Ingredients
2 cups cooked Black-eyed peas 1 can Yellow Sweet Corn5 oz chopped Green Olives, 1/4 cup Olive OilJuice of 1/2 a lemon, fresh squeezed1/2 cup chopped onions1 tsp cuminsalt and pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Serve as a salad or with tortilla chips. Vegan and gluten free.
