Broccoli & Swiss Quiche

1 pillsbury pie crust2 cups chopped broccoli1 garlic clove crushed 2 eggs2 egg whites1 cup of non fat milk1 tsp dry mustard1 tsp of Sea Salt 1Tsp of Pepper3 slices of low fat swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Saute broccoli with garlic and olive oil
prepare pie crust by rolling it out into a 9 inch pie plate
Whisk eggs & egg whites with milk and dry mustard
add salt & pepper
Place broccoli into pie crust and pour egg mixture over the broccoli and put the slices of cheese on top
Place into a 350 degree oven for approx 30 mins until a toothpick comes out clean
