Healthy Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 c. oil2 c. milk1/2 c. dry milk1/2 c. honey1/2 c. sugar3 eggs - slightly beaten3 apples shredded2 bananas mashed3 carrots finely shredded---------------------2 c. whole wheat flour2 1/2 c. bran (cereal can be used 0 lightly grind(not bran flakes)2 c. oat bran1/2 c. wheat germ1/2 c. fine flax seed meal1 T. baking powder1 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamonAdd1 c. chopped walnuts1 c. raisins1 c. cranberries
Directions
Blend together first group, then add dry ingredients to liquid. Stir until moist.
Gently mix all ingredients, let stand 10 minutes. Bake 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Spray baking pan.

Sometimes need to add more milk. Enough so that the mixture would slide off the spoon.
