OAT FLOUR PANCAKES WITH BERRIES

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS2 c. oat flour (developed with Bob's Red Mill Oat Flour)3 tsp. baking powder (organic)1 TBS raw sugar1/2 tsp. sea salt 2 eggs (organic)2 c. milk or water (organic)1/2 C Almond oilOptional ingredients for topping:BlackberriesBlueberriesStrawberriesFigsRaisinsWalnutsAlmondsCashewsor your favorite.
Directions
Warm pan or griddle to medium with 1 teaspoon butter or oil.
Add dry ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
Next add milk and water; stir.
Add oil and 1 egg at a time.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour 1/2 cup mix at a time.
Sprinkle with topping of your choice.
