Guacamole

Ingredients
1 ripe avocado1 tsp lime juice1 green onion chopped1 Tbs chopped parsley (or cilantro)1/4 small tomato chopped1 clove garlic minced1/8 tsp sea saltBlack pepper to tasteJalapeno, to taste
Directions
Cut avocados in half working around see. Remove seed. Scoop out avocado from the peel, and put in a mixing bowl. Mash avacado with fork and mix in lime juice, green onion, parsley (or cilantro), tomato, garlic, sea salt, black pepper and jalapeno. Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve immediately.
