Hickory Smoke Kale Beef Sausage

Ingredients
Fresh Kale= wash and clean Fresh cut Cabbage- wash and clean1 Carton of HEB Brand Chicken Broth fat free and no MSG1 Can of Del Monte Dice Tomatoes w/green peppers and onion (I drain the can). 1 Link of the Slovack's Hickory Smoked Beef Sausage link cut up.
Directions
Put Chicken broth in Crock Pot with clean Kale on high for the 1st hour. Then Prepare the cabbage and sausage. I add the Sausage in after the 1st hour. 2 hours add the tomatoes and seasonings (any) used non-salt garlic and herbs. Then lower the temp to mid or low. Then the final hour add the cabbage.

Serving Size: Makes at least 4 servings to enjoy.
