Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Ingredients
1 large ripe avocado, pitted and sliced1/4 cup cocoa powder (reduced to 2 tsp)1/4 cup almond milk increased to 1/2 cup or use nonfat milk or coconut milk (and omit the coconut oil)1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp coconut oil1 tbsp coconut butter (omit or use 1 tsp butter)2 dropper chocolate stevia, plus more as desired (omit) 2 tsp xylitol sweetener used 6 packets of stevia4 strawberries, sliced or blueberries
Directions
1. Combine the avocado, cocoa powder, almond milk or nonfat milk or coconut milk, vanilla, coconut oil, coconut butter(optional), and steviain a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute or until smooth. Add more e stevia as desired.
2. Place half of the strawberry slices in the bottom of two glass dessert bowks; top with the pudding. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Top chilled pudding with remaining strawberry slices and serve cold. Serves 2
