Turkey Egg Muffins

Ingredients
1- 16 oz container of liquid egg whites3- Large whole eggs1/4 c- Chopped onion, green bell pepper, Mushroom6- Banquet turkey links1/4 c- Park skim mozzarella cheese shredded1/4 c- Mild cheddar cheese shreddedMs. Dash table seasoning (sprinkle to liking)Salt and pepper to liking
Directions
Spray muffin pan with olive oil or pam
Line each individual muffin pan with chopped vegetables and sliced turkey links
Beat egg whites and whole egges together and pour into each muffin pan. Then sprinkle cheese evenly over each individual muffin. Bake in the oven for about 20min or until muffins rise and are golden.
