Healthy Beef Stew

Ingredients
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil,2 Cloves Fresh Garlic2 Pounds Beef Lean Stew Meat, 2 Cups baby carrots raw, 30 serving 3 medium potato 1 can Beef Broth - Swanson2 cups Fresh Green beans1 med Onions, raw 2 cup Celery, raw, , diced 1 bay leaf1 cup red wine1 tps thyme1 tps all spice1 tps parsley
Directions
Brown meat in hot skillet of 2 tbls Olive oil and garlic. Put in crock pot with Carrots, celery, and potatoes but don't clean pan. Add 2 tbls Olive oil heat Add onions and cook 4-5 minutes, add broth and wine as well as spices.
stir to get all the drippings out of pan. Add to Crock pot.

Cook 7 hours on high.
