Cream of Mushroom Soup (gluten free)

1.5 cups chopped onion2 cups chopped mushrooms8 cloves garlic1 cup butter1 cup cornstarch3 cups chicken broth4 cups whole milk
Saute onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Set aside.
Melt butter over medium heat and whisk in cornstarch. Add milk, broth and sauteed ingredients. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until desired consistency is reached.
Serving Size: Makes 7 "cans" of about 1 1/2 cups each
