Nature's Place organic chicken broth, 8 cup Red Onion Raw , 1 cup Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey, 18 oz *Fresh Roma Tomato (Medium),) Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Spinach, fresh, 2 cup chopped Garlic, 1 clove minced
Chop up all vegetables, cook ground turkey, onions, garlic, celery in 1/2 cup of the broth until turkey is cooked and vegetable are soft, increase heat until mixture starts to slightly brown. Add remaining broth, bring to a boil, add cabbage, spinach, tomato and season to taste. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min. I like to add a little crushed red pepper to give it a little kick
