Ingredients
1 Red Bell Pepper1 Orange Bell Pepper1 Yellow Bell Pepper1 Can of Pinapple1 Chicken Breast1 C Sweat and Sour sauce1 C Uncooked Jasmine Rice2 Tbs Canola oil1 Clove of garlic
Directions
Cut up chicken into chuncks. Stir fry in canola oil and garlic. Add sliced peppers and stir fry. Add sauce and pineapple and serve on a bed of Jasmine rice.
