Les's Chicken breast chili with beans

Ingredients
Put the tomato juice and all the beans into a soup pot.Season to taste with spices: I use 2 tablespoons garlic, 2 teaspoons black pepper and 2 teaspoons chili powder.Chop and saute the onionChop and saute the chickenPut the onion and chicken into the pot.Bring the pot of chili to a simmerstir every 15 min until the chili has the consistency you want (about 2-3 hours for me)
Directions
simmer and reduce until it has the consistence you want
