Tasty, Guilt-free macaroni salad

2 boxes Ronzoni smart taste elbows2 frozen chicken breasts- boiled and shredded2 small cans pineapple- crushed or tidbits1/2 cup mexican style shredded cheese1-2 cups Fat free Miracle Whipabout 1 cup of raisins (more or less depending on your taste)
Cook elbows according to directions, drain well and allow to cool. Boil and shred chicken breast. Drain the cans of pineapple. Mix all ingredients, except for the cheese. Sprinkle the cheese on top once mixed and chill until ready to serve. Makes about 15-20 servings. (this actually freezes pretty well to pull out for a later date.)
