Oriental brown pork fried rice

Ingredients
1 lb pork loin (or lean, boneless, centercut chops)2 cups (dry) brown rice2 eggs1 can of sweet peas2 cups frozen corn2 cups of cut/shredded cabbage2 Tbs sesami oil2 Tbs butter2 Tbs oyster sauce3 Tbs hoisin sauce1/3 cup of soy sauce2 tsp black pepper1 Tbs garlic powder
Directions
Begin steaming or cooking the brown rice per instructions. Cut pork up into bite sized pieces. Cook through in a frying pan with the sesami oil.

In separate frying pan begin heating the cabbage with the oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce. Once cabbage is well cooked, add corn and then peas last.

Once Pork is cooked through and rice is steamed, add the rice to the pork frying pan (can drain off juices if the. create a "well" in the middle of the rice and add the butter and eggs. Mix the rice into the eggs as they cook. Add black pepper and garlic powder to the rice/pork/egg mixture. Once eggs are cooked, add the sauce and veggies from the other pan to the rice and pork. Combine all together for a flavorful, all-in-one meal!
