Spicy Sweet Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients
1 container of cubed squash from Costco2 Tbsp olive oil2 Tbsp brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp cayenne
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix ingredients in a large zip-lock bag. Dump in an even layer onto large baking sheet.
Bake for 30-45 minutes; stir and rotate the pan halfway through. You want the squash to be fork tender (stick a fork in--it comes right back out), but not mushy.
