Gluten Free Spaghetti Squash Casserole

1 medium spaghetti squash cooked (8 cups)1 cup cottage cheese1 cup sour cream1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheese of choice1 egg.25 t of salt.25 t of pepper.25 cup of Parmesan cheesecooking spray
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Scrape all the shreds out of a medium cooked spaghetti squash into a 8 inch casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Add all other ingredients except parmesan and stir until combined. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
Bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden and casserole is bubbling through out. 8 servings.
