1 cup vanilla yogurt (I use Brown Cow Cream Top)1 cup coconut water1 cup pineapple3 cups (2.9 oz) of raw baby spinach1 medium banana
Directions
No cooking on this recipe, just combine all ingredients in a blender and run it until smooth.
