Deconstructed Mushroom Burger

Ingredients
16 oz Ground Turkey1/2 Medium Yellow Onion, diced16 oz Fresh Mushrooms, sliced1 Clove Garlic, grated1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Directions
Melt coconut oil in fry pan, add garlic and onion and saute for about one minute.
Add the mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are soft.
Add in the ground turkey and brown until fully cooked
If there is an excess of fat you can drain it before you eat it.

Serving Size: Makes about three servings.
