Stir fry:16 oz smoked sausage (kielbasa) loop or links sliced into 32-1/2 oz. or 16-1 oz. coins1 large red pepper1/2 large onion slicedSauce: 2 oz. Culinarte demi glace de veau classic (frozen- no salt added) or veal demi-glace powder 1/2 cup water2 tsp worchestershire saucesalt & fesh ground pepper to taste- throw in some whole peppercorns if you want to be haute chefly.2 cups (dry) broad or extra wide noodles. Noodles boiled separately.
Start your water for the noodles. Brown the sausage coins in a large frying pan. Add the sliced peppers and onions and cook until tender. Add the demi glace, water and butter and stir with the sausage and veggies. Add salt & pepper to taste. Simmer gently until noodles are ready then serve.
