Butternut Squash soup

Ingredients
*1 med yellow onion, 1 serving(remove)Vegetable Broth, 2 cup(remove)Butternut Squash, 4 cup, cubes(remove)
Directions
Roast one butternut squash. Cool. Cut into cubes.
Saute one medium yellow onion in olive oil spray until soft. Add broth & squash. Cook til heated through. Use immersion blender to puree squash. Cook & season until desired consistency.
