Ingredients
Ingredients:1 lb/454 g package frozen salmon fillets (I use High Liner brand)2 tbsp maple syrup2 tbsp soy sauce (I use gluten free Tamari)1 tsp minced garlic*1 tsp minced ginger**I use the prepared kind in the glass jars to cut down on prep even more.
Directions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450° F. Place the frozen salmon fillets in a single layer on a greased baking pan (I use a glass baking dish lined with tinfoil on the bottom to prevent it from sticking). Combine the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl and pour over fish. Bake for 10 minutes, spoon sauce over fish, then bake for another 10 minutes or until fish is cooked through and flakes with a fork. Spoon sauce over fish again. Then set oven to broil and broil for 5 minutes or until sauce has reduced some and fish gets slightly crispy on the outside.
