Red Plums - 3Bisquick Heart Smart - 1 cupSplenda - 1/4 cupMilk, Non Fat - 1/2 cupVanilla Extract - 2 tspCinnamon - 1 tspNutmeg - 1/4 tspGinger - 1/4 tsp
Directions
Slice plums and place equal protions into six remikins. Mix remaingin ingredients and spoon equal portions over the plums. Bake for 25 minumtes in a 350 dergee oven. Let cool.
