Corn & Black Bean Relish

Ingredients
1 tsp apple cider vinegar1 TB extra virgin olive oil1/2 tsp salt1/2 c. onion, finely chopped1/2 c. black beans1 c. corn1/2 c. zucchini, finely chopped1/2 c. Pace Picante Sauceseason to taste ( I add a dash of cilantro and pepper)
Directions
Put the vinegar, olive oil, and salt in a bowl. Mix. Add onion, black beans, corn, zucchini, and salsa. Season to taste,
