Oatmeal to Go Cakes

Ingredients
5 cups large flake oats1 cup hemp hearts1 tsp salt2 cups apple sauce2 cups pear or mango juice1/3 cup maple syrup1 tsp vanilla extract5 tbsp olive (or flax) oil
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine wet in another. Mix wet into dry and ladle into 20 to 24 paper-lined muffin tins.

Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
