Baked Pasta Shells

8 oz. Laura's ground beef, browned (4% fat)1/2 c. finely chopped onion4 garlic cloves, minced8 oz. Ragu Old World pasta sauce1 t. McCormick 1-step spaghetti seasoning1 c. water24 jumbo pasta shells, cooked, drained, cooled1 c. lowfat ricotta cheese3 T. grated parmesan cheese1/4 c. Egg Beaters egg substitute
Brown beef, onion, and garlic together. Add pasta sauce, seasonings, and water and heat completely. Set aside. Mix ricotta cheese, egg substitute, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses together until smooth. Cook pasta shells according to directions on box. Drain and rinse with cold water until they can be handled to fill with cheese mixture. Spread 1 c. of meat sauce in bottom of baking dish. Fill each shell with about 1 T. of cheese mixture and place in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and let set for 15 minutes before serving. Recipe can be easily doubled and second pan stored in freezer before baking. Thaw and bake when needed.
