1/2 C frozen berry mix2 large egg whites, lightly beaten2 T brummel & brown spread, melted2 C skim milk2 t baking soda1/2 C wheat germ1/2 t salt1 1/2 C whole wheat flour
-combine wet & whisk
-combine dry & mix
- add dry to wet mix until blended
- spoon 1/4 C batter into preheated skillet, cook for 1-2 mins.
- add berries & flip. Cook for 30 seconds.
