Chicken Casserol (made on top of stove)

Ingredients
2 pieces chicken breast (Breast strips are best).5 yellow bell pepper.5 green bell pepperOptional (chopped onion)1/2 cup Chicken Broth (may us water)1 can cream of celery soup
Directions
flash cook chicken in pan with cooking spray (strips are best), stir fry peppers in olive oil, remove to paper towel, cook noodles,
combine all ingredients (except nooldles)in large skillet with high sides. Mix cream of celery soup and broth or water. Mix into vegetables and chicken ingredients. Cook on to low heat for 5 mins or until flavors are well blended and soup thickens turn off heat add noodles Stir and serve.
