Hot and Cheesy Crab and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
14 oz can artichoke hearts packed in water, drained (8.5 oz dry wt)16 oz crab and/or lobster meat6 tbsp reduced fat sour cream (or Greek yogurt)6 tbsp light mayonnaise (Hellman's)1/3 cup parmesan cheese4 wedges Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss2 tsp hot sauce1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°.

Drain the artichoke hearts and chop fine. Chop the crab/lobster meat fine. Mix everything together in a bowl well using a rubber spatula, then transfer into a shallow glass baking dish.

Bake until the cheese is melted and the top becomes golden.

Serving Size: 1/3 cup serving of the dip (makes 12)
