1/2c butter1c brown sugar2c rolled oats1t baking powder
Prepare 8x8'" square pan. I lined with parchment. Preheat oven to 350F.
Melt butter in saucepan, add in brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Mix in oats and baking powder. WILL BE VERY DRY! Pack firmly into 8x8" pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned.
Cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
Serving Size: Makes 16 servings
