Easy Bake Breakfast Frittata

Canadian Bacon - 2oz portionMushrooms - 1 cup slicedSweet Peppers (Yellow, Red) - 1/2 cup eaFresh Spinach - 1 cup (rough cut)Whole large Eggs - 41% milk - 2 tbspItalian blend Cheese - 1/4 cupSalt - 1/4 tspPepper - 1/2 tspThyme - 1 tspGarlic Powder - 1tspRosemary - 1/2 tsp
- Spray medium size fry pan with non-stick spray
- Add Bacon and cook untill slightly crunchy
- Add all veggies and spices and continue to cook for 5 min or until slightly soft.
- remove from heat and place off to side.
- Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
- spray a 9 x 9 caserole dish and transfer all cooked ingredients
- sprinkle cheese blend over top of veggies and bacon mixture
- add eggs
Cook at 350F for 30-35 minutes until desired consistency of eggs is reached.
Serving Size: Makes 4 - 3 x 3 inch pieces or "4 servings".
