Lois's Yellow Rice and Chicken

Ingredients
7 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 32 oz Chicken Breast Strips, Boneless Skinless, Tyson 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 serving Vigo Saffron Yellow Rice, 1C Prepared 4 serving Vigo Low Sodium Saffron Yellow Rice, 1 C Prepared
Directions
Boil chicken in additional water, OR brown in skillet until mostly cooked. Set aside. Bring 7 cups of water to boil in large pot. Add oil, rice, and additional seasonings. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Add cooked chicken and onions. Adjust seasoning and add more hot water, if necessary, and continue cooking until rice is done.
