Ingredients
3 cups bran cereal1cup boiling water1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup splenda2 eggs, beating2 cup buttermilk13/4 cup flour1/4 cup flaxseed1/4 cup wheat germ1/4 cup oatmeal21/2 tsp 1 cup raisins21/2 tsp soda1 tsp salt
Directions
Put one cupof te cerealinto a bowl.
pour the water over it and let stand while assemblingthe other ingredients.
Mix in the remainder of the cereal , with the applesauce , sugar, splenda, eggs., and buttermilk . combine flour, flaxseed, wheat germ,
and oatmeal ,soda, salt.in other bowl. then mix all togetter.Store in refrigerator for at .less one day
Bake at 400- 20 min. keeps in the fridge for 3 weeks.
