2 cups flour1 1/4 cups white flour2 tsp baking soda2 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp salt3 tbsp chia seeds2 cups shredded carrots1/2 cup raisins2 small apples , chopped3 eggs1 cup vegetable oil2 tsp vanilla extract
preheat oven to 350 degrees
grease 12 muffin cups
mix flour sugar baking soda cinnamon and salt. add carrot raisins chia seeds and apple
beat together eggs oil and vanilla mix with carrot mixture until moist
scoop batter into tins
bake for 20 minutes until cebter of muffins comes out clean
