Roasted Garbanzo Beans

Ingredients
2 15oz cans of Chickpeas/Garbanzo Beans2 tsp. olive oil1 tsp. garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1.) Preheat oven to 350, oil a large baking sheet
2.) Drain and rinse the beans
3.) Using either paper towels or kitchen towels completely dry the beans
4.) In a large bowl combine the beans, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder
5.) Spread beans on baking sheet and bake 50 minutes (shaking half way through)
6.) Let cool
