Veggie and egg quiche cups, no meat, no cheese

Ingredients
EggsSpinachOnionGreen peppersOlive Oil Cayenne or crushed red pepperPepperSalt- to tastePam
Directions
Saute onions, peppers, spinach and any other vegetable you would like in olive oil. Let cool. Mix together a dozen eggs and the vegetables in a bowl. Spray a muffin tin with Pam, add mix. Bake at 350 for about 30-40 minutes.
