GARLIC CHICKEN TACOS WITH CORN SALSA

Ingredients
2 Land O Lakes� Garlic & Herb Saut� Express� squares 1/2 pound chicken breast tenderloins 1 bag (12 ounces) frozen sweet corn, defrosted & drained 1 jalapeno, seeded & chopped 1/2 of a red onion, diced 1 bunch fresh cilantro, roughly chopped juice from 2 small limesflour or corn tortillas
Directions
For the Chicken
Melt the Saut� Express� squares in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.
Add the chicken.
Saut� 13-18 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown on both sides and done (165�F). Remove from skillet. Cut into thin strips.


For the Corn Salsa
Combine all ingredients in a bowl & mix well. Add more or less jalapeno, cilantro or lime depending on your tastes. Cover & refrigerate until ready to serve.

Top each tortilla with the chicken & corn salsa.
