Easy Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken4 Yukon gold potatoes1 full bag of celery stalks4 serrano peppers2 bunches of green onion4 cloves of garlic2 tsp ginger1 large bunch of Kale
Directions
Remove all meat from the Rotisserie chicken and put the bones in a large pot of boiling water. Boil bones for about 30 minutes to make chicken broth. While the bones are cooking, cut up the rest of the ingredients. Remove bones and put other chopped ingredients in pot. Cover and cook for 30-45 minutes, until all the flavors marry.
