Non Fried Spicy Buffalo Chicken Strips

Ingredients
Chicken prep:2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 in strips5 tsp paprikaBuffalo Sauce:3 tbsp unsalted melted butter1/2 cup Cholula Hot Sauce (or brand of your choice)4 cloves garlic, mincedFor Dipping:3 tbsp Fat Free Ranch Dressing
Directions
In a 9-12 inch skillet, place chicken flat in pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook through.

In a separate microwave-able bowl melt butter. Add Hot Sauce and minced garlic.

Once Chicken has been cooked through, add butter/hot sauce mixture and turn heat to low. Let simmer for about 2-5 minutes until chicken is coated.

Serve with fat-free ranch and enjoy!
