oat flour pancakes

Ingredients
210 grams oat flour1 teaspoon Splenda1 tablespoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1 cup water1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil4 egg whites
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. In another bowl mix wet ingredients together. Add wet to dry and whisk together. Cook in pan sprayed with cooking spray. Use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.

Serving Size: makes 10 at 1/4 cup measure
