Amber's Reduced Fat Blueberry Oatmeal Protein Pancake

Ingredients
1/2 cup dry oats1/4 cup fat-free cottage cheese1/4 cup blueberries (fresh/frozen)3 extra large AA egg whites1 tsp valnilla extractSplenda (to taste)Cinnamon (to taste)
Directions
This recipe is for 1 single serving size. I usually will make 5 days worth so my breakfast is set for the week.
Combine all ingredients in blender until smooth texture. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cook on medium heat until firm and golden, flip and repeat.
Try this recipe with other fruits (stawberrie, banana, etc.)
Note: If you make a few days worth, each serving will measure almost 8 oz. Enjoy!
