2 eggs1 cup milk1 Tbsp butter melted1 cup white flour1/4 Tsp salt
start w/cold oven
mix together all ingredients - butter popover pan cups - fill 6 cups 1/2 full - put in cold oven - set heat at 450 and bake 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 and bake another 15 min. Makes 6 large popovers
